About

Dr. Williams is a passionate, service-driven and patient-first health scientist. Living with episodic migraine since 2016, she was compelled to study the many facets of migraine and earned her Doctor of Health Sciences degree from A.T. Still University in 2025, with a concentration in global health. Her dissertation spotlighted non-pharmacological approaches to migraine management.

Dr. Williams runs a sole proprietorship called Nutrology, offering patient coaching on nutrition and non-pharmacological migraine management. She is also an ACT NOW! patient advocate and medical advisory board member with Miles for Migraine.

Guided practice

A 5-minute guided practice for migraine prevention, from Unraveling Migraine. Captions are built into the video.

  • Prevention, not a rescue. Keep your usual medicine for migraine attacks.
  • Daily practice is what counts. The study behind it used 3 short sessions a day for 3 months.
  • Skip it or stop if your nose is blocked or it starts to feel like a strain.
